Risk management training
This training provides insight into the concept of risk management. You will explore the types of risks you may encounter in your work and learn about your role in managing these risks. Although the training is designed for (project) managers, other employees are also welcome to participate to improve their skills in handling risks. You will investigate the role of the risk manager within the organization, learn how to identify risks through a self-audit, and discover when it is advisable to consult the risk manager for advice or support.
After 15-20 minutes, you will be able to answer the following questions:
